The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is searching for a motivated candidate who can recognize opportunities and turn opportunities into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Associate, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities include applying learned insurance knowledge to everyday scenarios and educating the community, managing client insurance accounts and finding gaps in coverage, assisting clients with renewals and finding best solutions, and marketing products and services using personalized plans.
Qualifications include great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships, ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients, approachable, empathetic, and collaborative in professional settings, prior experience preferred, property & casualty licensed preferred, and must be able to obtain insurance licenses. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
