Hybrid MSP: Level 2 Systems & Network Engineer

360X Staffing is seeking a Level 2 Systems & Network Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves managing a multi-tenant engineering queue, addressing technical tickets, and spearheading virtualization initiatives. You will be responsible for Cloud & Directory administration and mentoring Tier 1 technicians. The position requires at least 2 years of MSP experience and 3-5 years of technical support.
