Product Owner (Digital Sales & ECommerce)

Charter CommunicationsOur client is seeking a Product Owner to support strategic growth initiatives focused on digital sales, customer acquisition, and eCommerce transformation. This role will work closely with business and technology teams to drive product initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and improved customer experiences.This position is ideal for a mid-level Product Owner with experience supporting B2B or B2C sales channels within telecommunications, cable, broadband, retail, or digital commerce environments.What You'll DoOwn and drive product initiatives across digital sales and customer experience platforms.Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to define priorities and execute product roadmaps.Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and manage product backlogs.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting initiative success.Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to measure outcomes and guide decision-making.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, UX, and Customer Experience teams.Help improve customer acquisition, self-service capabilities, conversion rates, and overall digital sales performance.Required Qualifications5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.Strong experience in Agile and Scrum environments.Experience creating user stories, managing product backlogs, and gathering business requirements.Proficiency with Jira and related Agile tools.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting B2B and/or B2C sales organizations.Background in telecommunications, cable, broadband, ISP, or related technology industries.Experience with eCommerce, digital commerce, retail sales, or digital customer acquisition initiatives.Knowledge of customer journey optimization and self-service platforms.Experience working in large enterprise or matrixed organizations.Exposure to analytics, reporting, and KPI measurement.Ideal Candidate BackgroundWe're looking for a Product Owner who understands how digital products drive revenue.
