Senior Technical Support Specialist

Preferred Onshore Registration / ADT Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing) Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy at least dependency level) Core Security (access, roles, audits) AMS Operations & ITIL P1/P2 management and RCA ownership SLA/SLO tracking and reporting Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction On call / after hours coverage model Preferred Onshore Cerner Delivery Manager must have experience in running AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare Core functional domains: Registration / ADT Charge Services / Patient Accounting Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing) Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy at least dependency level) Core Security (access, roles, audits) AMS Operations & ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4) P1/P2 management and RCA ownership SLA/SLO tracking and reporting Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction On call / after hours coverage model Program Management Program management Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, Lead initiatives in AI Force and AI foundry for healthcare customer. Introduction to Languages like Python/R Security, Access & Compliance Awareness Client Governance & Communication Skills Vendor & Multi Partner Management Oracle Cerner Customer IT HCL AMS teams Partners People & Capacity Management Commercial & Contract Awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr Shrive Technologies
