Full-time ABA Behavior Technician

Help a Local Child Thrive: Behavior Technician Location: In-home or clinic sessions in the Mount Pleasant, MI area. Hours: Full-time, M-F 8am-4pm. Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities Being a Play Partner: Using a child’s favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize. Building Independence: Helping a child master daily routines that make a big difference for their family. Cheering Progress: Keeping track of how they are doing so we can celebrate every milestone together. Learning Together: You will have a supportive mentor (our BCBA) right by your side to guide you. Qualifications The Training: You have already completed your 40‑hour RBT training course. (preferred) The Next Step: You are ready (and excited) to sit for your RBT Exam—we’ll provide the support and mentorship to help you cross the finish line. The Experience: You have a high school diploma and at least a year of experience working with children (especially those with special needs). The Spirit: You’re reliable, have your own transportation, and are comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor).
