Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Wilmington, NC - On site | Full-Time - Day shifts
Pay: $80,000 Annually DOE.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct ABA therapy and ensure clinical quality of interventions
Supervise and support RBTs and ABA therapists in alignment with BACB guidelines
Collaborate with families to create meaningful goals and provide regular progress updates
Partner with other professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, billing, and medical notes
Participate in quality assurance activities, staff training, and clinical meetings
Maintain client confidentiality, adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, and follow all regulations

Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of two years' experience in ABA (autism experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to making a positive impact
