Assembler- 2nd Shift

Dura-Line is hiring for a 2nd Shift Assembler in Elyria, OH at our Sugar Lane location. Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World. Key Responsibilities Perform product assemblies for couplers and conduits accessories. Use hand and power tools to cut and form products. Operate machines to shape and attach products. Read blueprints and measurements. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities. Verify materials based on the bill of materials. Complete paperwork for time and case count. Requirements Basic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills At least 1 year of production experience. Able to perform assemblies, operate machines, and use hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math; blueprint reading is a plus. Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety. Physical requirements include: the ability to lift up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable assistance, bend for extended periods, walk and stand on concrete, work in a non-climate-controlled environment and wear required PPE. Our Offer: The compensation for this position starts at $16.50/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
