Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Physical Therapist – Per Diem / PRN SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Oklahoma City, a joint venture with Select Medical. Schedule: Per Diem / PRN | Compensation: $57.00 per hour | Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000. We provide inpatient rehabilitation services for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment. Promote continuous quality improvement. Teach and counsel patients and families. Set goals and develop treatment plans. Work cooperatively to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs. Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, as well as PT and PTA students. Conduct individual patient therapy regimens. Monitor patients’ response to treatment and modify treatment during sessions, as needed. Complete appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures. Participate in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in‑services. Minimum Qualifications State licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT). Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
