MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER- $20.70/HR- $26.45/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP

We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our team assembling precision components used in medical equipment, agricultural machinery, and government applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and build high-quality products in a climate-controlled facility.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring equipment
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect parts and ensure product quality
• Work with small parts and detailed assemblies
• Support production goals while maintaining safety and accuracy

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools is a plus
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
