Pallet Helper - Tabor City, NC Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-5:00pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Helper to join our team in Tabor City, NC. This position involves working with wooden pallets, including repairing, sorting, and maintaining pallets in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with others. Responsibilities Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair needs Sort, stack, and organize pallets by size and condition Remove damaged boards and replace with usable materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed Requirements Ability to work Monday-Thursday 6:00am-5:00pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and work ethic Must be able to pass a drug test Apply at: carostaff.com Or visit our office: Walk-ins: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Address: 1727 S.
