The Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, profitably, and stays focused on guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards for food quality, service, and team morale.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff to provide top-tier service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and floor management.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
• Customer Experience: Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
• Performance Monitoring: Help track sales goals and manage controllable costs to ensure profitability.
