Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing exceptional service and assistance. Assist customers in selecting products, offering advice and recommendations based on their preferences and needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and effectively. Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or fragrance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and fragrances is desirable. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
