Estate Sale Company Operations and Logistics Manager Caring Transitions of Euless is looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team in our North Richland Hills office. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions. • Organize and manage warehouse operations, maintaining order, safety, and inventory accuracy.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company services and communicate offerings clearly to clients and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in a professional environment.
• Proven track record in business development and sales.
• Ability to quickly adapt and access various staff areas as needed.
• Reliable transportation for supply transport and operational needs.
• Strong proficiency with office and warehouse management systems and technology platforms.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience assisting with post-sale shipping and logistics.
• Skilled in organizing and maintaining warehouse operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of company services.
