CNA - LTC


Job Details:


• Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• 6 weekend shifts per contract
• Float required between 2 CBRF locations as needed
• Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 3:1 on days and weekends, 2:1 on nights
• Work with patients diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's in an assisted living and supportive services environment
• Assist with cooking of meals for patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA required
• Must have successfully completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Must have no at-fault cancellations in work history
• Locals within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), CNA Certification, WI CBRF Certification
• Wisconsin CNA registry required
• Graduate of a CNA training program required
• Skills include vital signs, patient hygiene and bathing, ambulation assistance, glucometer use, hoyer lift, isolation precautions/PPE, perineal care, routine catheter care, safe patient transfers, and wound dressing changes

This long-term care facility provides assisted living and supportive services to a predominantly adult and geriatric population, with a strong focus on compassionate, family-centered care. The facility maintains a daily census of 19 patients across 18 beds and specializes in supporting residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment.
