Unified Communications Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the deployment of contact center solutions, the full-time Unified Communications Call Center Engineer will configure, develop, and optimize NICE CXone systems, focusing on scripting and call flow design in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Configure and support NICE CXone contact center solutions, ensuring efficient call routing and system performance Develop and implement IVR and ACD call flows using CXone Studio scripting Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in a relevant field is desirable 4+ years of experience with contact center technologies, preferably NICE CXone Hands-on experience with CXone Studio scripting for IVR and ACD systems Strong understanding of call routing, telephony concepts, and contact center operations Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
