Job Summary:

Operating Room Registered Nurse position in Montrose, Colorado. This role involves utilizing nursing skills to provide direct patient care in all surgical specialties supported by the healthcare provider. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position offers a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with call responsibilities one weekend a month and holiday coverage.

Job Details:

• Address: Montrose, Colorado
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Degree in Nursing; active license in the State of Colorado; BCLS certification required upon hire; ACLS recommended; experience preferred; orientation based on previous knowledge and experience; additional education or training in related fields considered on an individual basis; certification in operating room nursing is recommended; active membership in a professional organization such as the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) highly recommended.
• Schedule: M-F Days, Shift hours: 10, Minimum hours per week: 40.0
• Additional Information: No. of Positions: 1/1. Candidates must perform circulating and scrub duties within the operating room, coordinate activities, assemble equipment, delegate tasks, and ensure patient safety and documentation accuracy. The nurse will act as a resource within the department, promote patient well-being, and support successful perioperative outcomes.
