Are you a gas turbine or aeroderivative expert who thrives at the intersection of technical engineering and high-stakes financial strategy?
Our Overhauls team within Gas Services is expanding, and we are looking for a Power Turbine Repair & Overhaul Manager to join us in Houston, TX (Hybrid)!
In this role, you’ll own the lifecycle management, refurbishment, and strategic "repair vs. replace" economics for heavy-hitting machinery—including Dresser-Rand Legacy (Vectra, DR61, GT61, DJ270) and PGT25 power turbines.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex overhaul projects from scope to budget.
- Partner with global internal service centers and top-tier suppliers.
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining strict asset reliability and EHS standards.
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to keep global operations running flawlessly.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of dedicated expertise working with aeroderivative gas turbines or high-speed power turbines.
- Strong project management, supplier negotiation, and budgeting skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Materials Management, OR equivalent elite hands-on turbine repair tenure.
- Valid US work authorization without sponsorship needs.
