Alterations Concierge: Deliver Five-Star Customer Service
David
David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and prepare items for pickup. You will work with alterations staff to promote services and ensure a five-star experience, maintaining store standards and proper dress code. The CSR will manage customer flow using all systems, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while supporting inventory and checkout processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr David
