Breast Radiologist

Coastal Radiology, an affiliate of Radiology Partners, is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their team in New Bern, North Carolina. This partnership-track position offers a significant focus on Breast Imaging, with the option to maintain general diagnostic skills. Serves 2 regional medical centers and 5 imaging centers. Provides state-of-the-art interventional services in both hospital and outpatient offices. Established infrastructure for efficient, collaborative workflow, supported by in-house IT. Practice includes screening mammography, diagnostic mammography and ultrasound, and breast MRI. Performs the whole range of breast interventions, using stereo, ultrasound and MRI. Responsibilities Perform screening mammography, diagnostic mammography and ultrasound, and breast MRI. Execute a full range of breast interventions using stereo, ultrasound, and MRI. Participate in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call if desired (optional). Maintain proficiency in general diagnostic skills (optional). Compensation The salary range for this position is $450,000-$600,000. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements Proficient in all aspects of women's imaging and breast procedures. Possess excellent communication skills. Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy. Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology. Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred, but not required. Licensed or have the ability to obtain a license in North Carolina. MQSA qualified.
