Job Title :Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Position Overview

Join a team delivering enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve business processes, reporting, automation, and digital services. This role focuses on designing scalable applications, integrating Microsoft technologies, and providing technical leadership while supporting modern low-code development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.

• Develop Power Automate cloud flows and approval workflows.

• Build Power Pages applications and Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Design Dataverse and RDBMS data models, business rules, and security roles.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop reusable components, templates, and solution patterns.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, connectors, and APIs.

• Implement role-based security, DLP policies, and environment strategies.

• Support audits, technical documentation, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

• Mentor developers and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse/RDBMS, and Power BI.

• 5+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Strong understanding of Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with security, role-based access control, and SQL queries.

• 5+ years gathering business requirements and translating them into technical designs.

• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.

• Government, public sector, or other regulated environment experience.

• MS SQL Server experience.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365.

• Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.

• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
