QA/QC Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and findings.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all construction activities align with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and property industries.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring project success.
