Senior VP, Enterprise Controls — AI-Driven Governance

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. (Fortitude Re) seeks a senior leader to establish and run the enterprise second line of defense controls program.
This role will design the controls framework, governance, and annual calendar across finance, investments, actuarial, operations, technology, and data functions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in controls, risk management, governance, and experience using AI to enhance control design, monitoring, and evidence collection.
