Job Description
- Station Setup and Prep: Stock stations with necessary supplies before the rush begins.
- Executing Orders: Cook, assemble, and plate dishes simultaneously with other kitchen staff according to specifications.
- Sanitation and Safety: Comply with local nutrition and health regulations, including proper food handling, date-labeling, and cleaning workstations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food supplies and notify the KM of expected shortages.
- Work Environment: Requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Fast-paced and occasionally stressful.
