Shipping Associate The Shipping Associate supports Non‑Destructive Testing operations by ensuring the flow of materials, components and finished products through the supply chain. The role involves maintaining accurate shipping, receiving and inventory processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency and on‑time delivery. Responsibilities Perform quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials. Complete documentation for shipments, receipts and inventory transactions. Receive finished products and assemblies from production and prepare them for delivery. Pick, pack, label materials, components and equipment for shipment. Prepare kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts. Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure proper storage, preservation and organization of materials. Coordinate with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence and shipping documents. Proficiency with Outlook, SAP and Microsoft Office. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Adaptability to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment with cross‑training requirements. Benefits & Compensation 1st shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed.
