Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group with over 650 providers, presenting an exciting opportunity for a Family Practitioner (FP) to become part of a thriving clinic-based practice. Candidates should possess a solid medical foundation and a commitment to developing a practice that supports our expanding multi-specialty medical group. In this role, you will be required to secure medical licenses in Idaho and Oregon to enhance and uphold the general internal program across the various communities we serve. This position also includes privileges at a local medical center.

The work schedule for this position follows a traditional clinic format, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 32 hours dedicated to patient contact. Call responsibilities will be shared among eligible members of the department.

• Provide comprehensive family medical care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in shared call duties with fellow practitioners.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment).
• Must acquire Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA is required.
