What You'll Do:
- Shadow experienced agents to learn best practices in real time.
- Follow up with team-provided leads to maximize your opportunities.
- Host open houses and showcase beautiful coastal listings.
- Guide buyers and sellers step-by-step through the transaction process.
- Study the local market (from Little River down to Surfside Beach) to become a trusted neighborhood expert.
What You Need:
- A valid South Carolina Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in courses).
- No prior real estate sales experience required—we will train the right person!
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using modern technology, CRMs, and social media.
