Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber OR Experienced HVAC Technician

Starting at $38+ per hour | Sign On Bonus | Full Time | Longmont and Northern Colorado

EP Plumbing, Heating & Air is growing, and we are looking for experienced trades professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring Colorado licensed Journeyman and Master Plumbers, as well as experienced HVAC Technicians who are looking for a long term opportunity with a company that values quality work, professionalism, and taking care of its customers.

This is not an entry level position. We are looking for experienced professionals who can work independently in the field, properly diagnose problems, communicate confidently with customers, and complete quality work from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Plumbing candidates will perform residential and light commercial service, troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and installations. This may include water heaters, boilers, plumbing fixtures, water and gas piping, drain and sewer systems, and other general plumbing services.

HVAC candidates will perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and installation. Candidates should be comfortable working with furnaces, air conditioning systems, boilers, controls, and related heating and cooling equipment.

Both positions require the ability to accurately diagnose issues, explain findings and options to customers, document work thoroughly, communicate with our office and dispatch team, and complete work according to applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and EP standards.

Who We're Looking For

Plumbers: A current Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.

HVAC Technicians: Previous professional HVAC experience in service, installation, and troubleshooting is required. EPA certification is preferred.

For either position, we're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, customer focused, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to quality workmanship. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

We especially value technicians who can troubleshoot instead of simply replacing parts, communicate clearly with homeowners, take ownership of their jobs, maintain good documentation, and take pride in representing the company in the field.

What We Offer

Starting pay of $38+ per hour based on experience and qualifications , a sign on bonus , PTO, bonus opportunities, full time work, and health insurance available during open enrollment.
