This is a high-visibility finance role inside a growth-focused, entrepreneurial minded company adding roughly 7 new locations per year with a 30-unit development pipeline already in motion. What You'll Do

• Own the financial planning and analysis function across a 42+ unit multi-state cafe portfolio
  
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support operational and strategic decision-making
  
• Analyze cafe-level and portfolio-wide P&L performance — identifying trends, variances, and opportunities across revenue, labor, COGS, and overhead
  
• Partner directly with operations leadership to translate financial data into actionable field-level insights
  
• Develop and present clear, concise financial reporting packages for ownership and senior leadership on a regular cadence
  
• Support new cafe opening pro formas, acquisition analysis, and development pipeline financial modeling
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles across all markets
  
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance
  
• Identify cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities across the portfolio
  
• Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, and supply chain to ensure financial alignment across the organization
  

What You Bring

• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience — multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise industry experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with restaurant or retail analytics platforms a plus
  
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences
  
• Experience supporting multi-unit P&L management and unit-level financial performance analysis
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  
• Strong communicator and collaborative partner who can work effectively across operations, finance, and ownership
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA a plus
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable building processes, not just maintaining them
