Production Event Specialist

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour We are seeking an execution-driven Production Event Specialist to lead the on-site activation and event production for an immersive, Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) venue. This role drives the execution of quick-turnaround, IP-themed guest experiences, balancing 60% central directive execution with 40% local creative ideation. You will manage ~8 concurrent 1-day activations and seasonal overlays with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $40,000. As the primary on-site "Quality Control" lead, you will manage local vendors, read fabrication drawings, and oversee load-ins to ensure all physical builds match high creative and brand standards. Note: This is a hands-on production and fabrication management role; no personal 3D rendering or CAD modeling is required. Work Schedule: Full-Time (Must be open to evenings & weekends based on event schedules). On-Site & Schedule Flexibility: 100% on-site role (mall-based venue). Candidates must be comfortable working non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, aligned with production schedules. Responsibilities: Event Execution & Production: Own end-to-end execution for small-to-midscale themed events, photo-ops, live entertainment, and seasonal venue overlays. Vendor & Fabrication Management: Source, contract, and oversee local fabrication, AV, and event vendors. Read production drawings and direct on-site installs. IP & Quality Control: Serve as the site lead for brand standards-presenting concepts, managing brand review feedback, and maintaining strict IP compliance. Budgeting & Administration: Manage project P&Ls ($5k-$40k per activation), build cost estimates, issue POs, track invoices, and write Statements of Work (SOWs). Qualifications: 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in fast-turnaround event production, experiential marketing, immersive theater, or fast-paced theme park events Technical Fabrication Knowledge: Ability to read spatial/fabrication drawings, evaluate 3D design aesthetics, and manage physical builds. IP Familiarity: Demonstrated experience navigating strict intellectual property guidelines and multi-stakeholder creative approvals.
