Land Administrator for AI Model Evaluation

Land Administrators apply upstream land administration, mineral title, and accounting expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and produce professional deliverables that improve AI understanding of upstream land management and accounting workflows. This is a part-time, hourly contract engagement that can be performed remotely alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or industry employment.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and fidelity to professional upstream land and accounting practices.
• Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve AI performance on land administration and mineral title tasks.
• Independently produce expert-level analytical work and data outputs using tools and workflows from your professional practice.
• Complete real-world tasks in a structured, project-based format, for example building price forecast models or developing PPA documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in upstream land administration or upstream accounting in oil and gas.
• Relevant roles include, but are not limited to, Landman, Senior Landman, Land Administrator, Lease Records Analyst, Revenue Accountant, JIB Analyst, or Royalty Owner Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools, as applicable to your practice: P2 Land, Excalibur, CourthouseDirect.
• Strong written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously.

• Engagement type: part-time, hourly contract work, not a traditional salaried position.
• Location: fully remote, with a flexible, asynchronous schedule and no minimum hour requirement.
• Typical time commitment when actively engaged on a project is approximately 5 to 20 hours per week.
• Placement on active projects depends on current project needs, and contributors may be considered for future projects as they become available.

Up to $80/hr (depending on the project), paid on an hourly basis for contracted work.

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify to participate, subject to your school and Designated School Official review.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this engagement may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported for this program.
• Confirm your work authorization with your Designated School Official to determine eligibility for participation.

• Create a contributor account with the program host and complete the required profile information.
• Complete identity verification as part of onboarding.
• Enroll in and complete onboarding for relevant projects that match your skills and availability.
• Begin assigned project work, deliver outputs according to project instructions, and receive hourly compensation for completed work.
