D1 TRAINING is seeking an energetic Recruiter in Austin, Texas, to grow our community both online and in person. This position requires making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and creating engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate must be outgoing and passionate about helping athletes succeed, with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
