Surgical Scrub Tech - Ortho Trauma and Robotics

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Surgical Scrub Tech, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care. You will assist surgeons during various types of procedures, including orthopedics, spine, neuro, GYN, general, robotics, vascular, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members directly in the operating room.
• Handle surgical instruments and equipment with precision and care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting as required by the department.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSTFA), Certified First Assistant (CFA), or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification required.
• Experience with orthopedic trauma, robotics, and multiple surgical specialties preferred.
• Strong knowledge and skills to support surgical teams in a fast-paced operating room environment.
