Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Summary: Responsible for all digital media in Product Inspection Marketing department for the US, including email campaigns, electronic ads and banners, creation of content for social media, photoshoots and editing, video production, creation of local web pages and content, review of Corporate-controlled pages for any errors or inconsistencies on MT.com. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for creation of content and landing pages for campaigns in US and Latin America. Includes writing copy, creating images, and working in Authoring platform (Adobe Experience Manager). Ensure accuracy of content on MT.com for US pages; inform Corporate of needed corrections Create copy, build and send local campaign emails Work closely with global team to implement global initiatives locally Manage and maintain Marketing Portal via SharePoint of all relevant collateral and images with searchable function, as well as Product Inspection (for US) content on Sales Enablement Tool (SET) Create electronic advertisements including email signatures, e-ads, web banners and web pages Create content for social media posting Manage video projects to include coordinating external shoots, editing existing video, and creating from scratch including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and final product development and distribution Backup for Department designer to edit or create brochures, flyers, and ads Ensure all deliverables adhere to company design and branding standards What You Need to Succeed Knowledge, Skills, Attitude: Excels at messaging to a broad range of audiences, both internal and external Project management skills Software proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Comfortable with DSLR camera and digital camcorders General knowledge of using html Proficient using web page creation tools (AEM preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects, maintain schedules and meet deadlines Excels at communication and follow up with colleagues from across the company globally Qualifications/Education BA or BS required, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing Our Offer to You Medical, dental and vision care coverage and a 401(k) savings plan with company matching - all starting on date of hire Tuition reimbursement, employee wellness programs, plus other perks and discounts Parental and caregiver leave policies All the usual benefits such as paid time off, flexible spending, short-and long-term disability, basic life insurance, business travel insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and domestic partner benefits Global market strength and worldwide leadership in weighing A brand name that is identified worldwide with precision, quality, and innovation Thousands of patents, design and innovation awards A commitment to extraordinary service on our state-of-the-art equipment Equal Opportunity Employment We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
