Production Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
We are hiring a reliable Production Assembler for a manufacturing facility in Irvine.
This is a hands-on, repetitive production position . The ideal candidate is comfortable performing the same or similar assembly tasks throughout the workday while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys steady, consistent production work and a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule .
Job DutiesAssemble eyewear products using small components and production equipment.
Pick inventory and organize work orders and assembly kits.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
Make basic adjustments to eyewear to ensure proper fit.
Package completed products and prepare them for shipping.
Complete labels, documentation, and production paperwork.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or similar work preferred.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time .
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Able to work with small components and perform precise hand work.
Able to maintain accuracy while working at a consistent production pace.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Comfortable standing and working in a production environment for the duration of the shift.
