As a Repair Technician, you'll help transform returned mobile offices and modular buildings into clean, safe, customer-ready units.

???? Inspect trailers and modular units to identify repair needs

???? Perform carpentry repairs on walls, floors, doors, trim, and structural components

???? Complete basic electrical repairs including outlets, switches, lighting, and breakers

???? Repair and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water systems

???? Troubleshoot and perform minor HVAC repairs and maintenance

???? Replace damaged windows, flooring, fixtures, doors, and building components

???? Conduct preventative maintenance to improve long-term performance

???? Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

???? Track completed repairs and materials used

???? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

???? Work with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

✔ 1+ year of experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, roofing, skilled trades, or general repair work

✔ Experience safely using hand tools and power tools

✔ Basic carpentry skills

✔ Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience

✔ Basic plumbing repair and installation experience

✔ HVAC troubleshooting or repair knowledge

✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

✔ Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

✔ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

This role combines shop, yard, and occasional field work, providing a variety of hands-on projects throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
