Customer Experience Associate I Location: 100 American Metro Blvd, Hamilton Square, NJ 08619 Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Information: Monday-Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm) CST time zone Job Summary: We're hiring an Onsite Customer Experience Associate I in Hamilton Square, NJ to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.
