We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care.We’re looking for a part-time receptionist to join our staff: 4:30p to 7:30p Th/F - Week 1 T - Week 2 $16/hour Per Diem - pick up additional shifts as needed Position Overview: The Courville at Nashua is passionate about Humankindness and wellness for life. The right candidate will be outgoing, friendly, organized, and welcoming to everyone! The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones, greeting visitors as they enter the building, maintaining the front office, and helping each department as needed. Job functions include but are not limited to: Answering, transferring, and taking messages for all phone calls Help visitors and vendors with questions they may have Keep front reception area organized and cleaned Place office supply orders Making sure faxes are delivered to correct person Sorting Mail Filing and copying Making medical charts ready for admission Creating documents in excel and word Completing tasks for other departments Qualifications: Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law. Must understand both spoken and written English. Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace. Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
