Opportunity Description The opportunity is suitable for physicians who want to start a new private practice, transition from employment to ownership, convert an existing practice to a supported model, or relocate and establish a practice in a new market. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope; Develop professional relationships within the medical community; Coordinate payer credentialing with MedCBO’s support; Determine clinical services offered; Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination; Billing and collections management; Payer contract negotiation; Financial infrastructure and reporting; Operational workflows and staffing systems; Technology platform and implementation. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice; Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided; Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable; Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates; No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice; Interest in the independent practice model.
