Key Qualifications: Proven experience in enhancing manufacturing efficiencies and implementing process improvements. Ability to identify and implement cost reduction strategies by leveraging knowledge of fabrication, tooling, and production equipment. Skilled in determining root causes of production failures and recommending effective design or process changes. Strong technical expertise in manufacturing and the ability to incorporate new methods for improved operations. Experience supervising and training teams while maintaining quality control standards. Competent in designing, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and reviewing product designs. Excellent communication skills to effectively relay capabilities and schedules across organizational levels. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Engineering. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
