Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status (Med Techs preferred)

- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment

- Document resident care and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team

- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity

- Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work some holidays as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude

- Ability to work various shift work

- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays

- Prior experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care preferred

- Med Tech certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
