Clinical Advisor

Kuddo is expanding its clinical advisory board, and we are looking for senior clinicians and clinical leaders to help shape what good care means inside our product. Kuddo is the quality measurement layer for behavioral healthcare. Our AI scores therapy sessions against evidence-based protocols (CBT, DBT, FBT, MI, CSC), identifies where clinicians drift from those protocols, and closes the gap with targeted feedback, FICO for behavioral health quality. We work with researchers at Stanford Medicine and clinicians at CCBHCs. Behavioral health is a $280 billion per year category with effectively zero infrastructure to measure clinical quality. That is the gap we are closing. Two beliefs shape how we build: The therapeutic alliance is the foundation of clinical efficacy. The job of AI is to strengthen that alliance, not bypass it. Every Kuddo workflow keeps a human in the loop. Clinicians are not the problem. They are under-supported. We build to reduce burnout and isolation, not to grade or police. What advisors do: Pressure-test fidelity rubrics for the protocols you know cold React to product decisions before they ship, what would make a supervisor trust this, and what would make a trainee resent it Flag the failure modes only practicing clinicians see Open doors, where it feels natural, to research collaborators, training directors, and peers who should know about Kuddo Who we are looking for: Senior clinicians and clinical leaders (PhD, PsyD, MD, DNP, or PMHNP) Depth in one or more of: evidence-based protocols, clinical supervision and training program leadership, CCBHC or community mental health operations, or payer and value-based care strategy People who will tell us when we are wrong, we want sparring partners, not endorsements Structure: Roughly two to four hours per month Remote and async-friendly, with an occasional call Compensation is structured individually, and we will discuss what makes sense for your situation We believe AI should make clinicians better, not replace them.
