Position Overview


Our client in the real estate industry is seeking an immediately available Purchasing Coordinator to support short-term purchasing and procurement activities during a critical business period. This contract role will focus on coordinating purchase orders, vendor communication, and documentation to ensure uninterrupted operations across property and facilities functions.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process purchase orders for property management, facilities, and real estate operations
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and invoices
• Track and maintain purchasing records, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Assist with vendor setup, compliance documents, and W?9 collection as needed
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and support accounts payable inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or coordination roles
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, facilities, or construction strongly preferred
