Creative Designer for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your creative and multimedia expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through real-world design and media evaluation. This remote contract opportunity supports a customer project focused on innovative design and media creation, with work that can influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks using creative applications including Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism using professional creative workflows.
• Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings against defined project criteria.
• Document observations and recommendations related to creative processes and tool usage.
• Submit deliverables on agreed timelines and meet project quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience with creative or design tools in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, fashion design, presentation design, or audio and sound work.
• Proficiency in the applications relevant to your specialty. Experience with comparable creative tools is welcome.
• Verified paid experience performing human-data work for AI training, such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI-output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading. Experience only generating images, video, or copy with AI tools does not meet this requirement.
• Strong written and spoken English at B2 level or above.
• No formal degree is required. Substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification.
• A dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $100 per hour.
