We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and deliver a seamless, elevated client experience within a structured, fast-paced environment. Why Kalologie Built-in Traffic: Access to a highly engaged membership base Growth Platform: Opportunity to develop within a rapidly expanding longevity and aesthetics brand Operational Excellence: Established systems and processes that support consistency and efficiency Premium Environment: Work within a luxury fitness and wellness ecosystem Team-Oriented Culture: Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to drive overall clinic success What You’ll Do Deliver a high-quality, welcoming client experience from arrival through checkout Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and client communications across phone, text, and digital platforms Support clinic flow by coordinating provider schedules and optimizing daily bookings Process transactions accurately and efficiently Educate clients on services, memberships, and offerings to support overall clinic performance Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment Assist with opening and closing procedures and general administrative tasks Support local outreach efforts and in-clinic events as needed Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a spa/wellness setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative Comfortable discussing services and guiding clients through booking and purchasing decisions Ability to effectively support client flow and scheduling across both our Arlington and Tysons locations.
