Senior Processor Of Medicaid Pay-In Payments

The Office of Fiscal Operations is recruiting for one (1) Clerical Associate IV to function as the Senior Processor of Medicaid Pay-In payments within the Cashiers Unit, who will:

• Manage and provide coverage for the Cashier's window where customers make payments in person for their Medicaid Surplus.
• Oversee the processing of credit card transactions processed using POS devices on the CardConnect platform.
• Revies input documents and batches prepared using the Finance Office Check Imaging System, (FOCIS) for data entry into the Division of Accounts Receivable and Billing Accounting system.
• Prepare documents and Medicaid batches for data entry into the DARB accounting system and deposit checks and money orders to the bank through remote deposit.
• Review Medicaid Surplus payments received from third parties for an attestation of use of recipient funds and sends appropriate correspondence to customers who have not submitted the appropriate forms.
• Respond to incoming calls on the IVRS system and accept credit card payments.
• Research customer payments by using the DARB system, Welfare Management System (WMS) and the HRA One Viewer.
• Perform scanning, indexing and quality assurance of Medicaid surplus payments and disbursements.
• Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned.
