Commercial Insurance Account Executive

About the Role Commercial Insurance Account Executive joins a dynamic group at a super regional insurance broker. Their team is growing and needs experienced client managers who bring unique experiences and expertise to the table. The agency feels strongly about maintaining its independence and growing from within. Duties & Responsibilities Senior Account Managers are responsible for a diverse book of middle market business. You’ll be involved in renewal strategy, remarketing, and managing service deliverables for accounts that typically generate over $100k in agency commission and concentrated in areas like construction and transportation. As snapshot of other responsibilities you could take on include: Summary review Renewal preparation Onboarding new clients Ensure daily service tasks are completed including contract review, answering coverage inquiries, preparing proposals, binding communications, cert templates creation and approval, etc. Risk assessments to identify exposures in current policies and programs Review contracts and coverage limits Marketing; engaging carrier partners to review/quote coverage Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience working in a similar Account Manager or Account Executive capacity for an independent insurance agency Minimum five (5) years of related insurance industry experience Active state insurance license #J-18808-Ljbffr Capstone Search Group
