An established biotech recruitment professional who:

• Has a proven track record of billing and winning business in the US biotech market.
• Understands how to build relationships with founders, CEOs, investors and senior biotech executives.
• Has experience leading people or the ambition and capability to build a high-performing team.
• Is commercially sharp, relentlessly ambitious and motivated by creating something substantial.
• Wants the freedom to operate like a business owner, without having to go it alone.
