Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst

LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst maintains the company’s fixed asset registrar. What you will do Maintain the fixed asset register, including asset tags, locations and useful lives Move completed projects from construction-in-progress into service and start depreciation Calculate and record depreciation each month Record disposals, transfers and impairments Carry out physical asset counts with Receiving and Facility Operations Prepare fixed asset rollforwards and supporting documents for the audit and property tax filings Qualifications 2 to 4 years of accounting experience that includes fixed assets Knowledge of capitalization and depreciation rules under US GAAP Experience with the fixed asset module of an ERP Strong spreadsheet and Microsoft Office skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field Experience with the billing module of an ERP CPA or progress toward it Additional Requirements Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG.
