Department Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience. Some managers also oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized. The Kitchen Department Manager maintains high quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures for new menu items. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates the team. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
