About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Finance and Corporate Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, with a focus on financial strategy, performance, and transparency. This includes leading financial planning and analysis, overseeing the monthly close process, and establishing rigorous approaches to evaluating company performance. The role also involves providing executive and strategic advisory to the CEO and the Board, as well as leading corporate operations, pricing and commercial strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in financial management, a strong background in operational leadership, and a proven track record in business development and strategic negotiations.
